环保各行业处理工艺与废气分析

化工废气处理:

    化工废气是指化工生产制造中产生的有毒有害的气体。化工废气中含有的污染物种类很多,物理和化学性质复杂,毒性也不尽相同,严重影响人体健康和污染环境。按照污染物存在的形态,化工废气可分为颗粒污染物和气态污染物——通常颗粒污染物主要有尘粒、粉尘、烟尘、雾尘、煤尘等;气态污染物主要有含硫化合物、含氯化合物、碳氧化合物、碳氢化合物、卤氧化合物等。


制药工业废气处理:

    生物制药行业的废气,也是值得关注的主要污染源之一,以其最有代表性的原料药车间为例,其生产过程主要四个步骤,基本为间歇式投料,24小时生产,在排出的废气中含有甲苯、乙酸乙酯、甲醇、二氧六环、三乙胺、DMSO等多种复杂的有机物成分,现部分车间已用PVC管和PVC收集罩收集后输送到简易水洗塔经过水洗排放。排放废气中有机物的总浓度平均值约为1500毫克/立方米左右,对厂区及周边环境造成较大的污染,环境需要进行有效治理,已达到国家规定的排放标准。生物制药干燥废气处理、药行业生产过程中在发酵、干燥、污水处理等工序均产生大量的恶臭异味气体,发酵工段产生的含氨废气(扩散型)未经处理、生产过程中产生的废气已影响企业的环境空气质量和人体健康,亟待处理。


涂装行业废气处理:

    涂装是产品表面保护和装饰采用的最基本的技术手段,涂装作业遍及国民经济各个部门:家具、汽车等金属、塑胶、竹木制品加工制作作业、涂装车间与打造成型(切、销、磨)车间是环境污染主要的生产场所。在喷涂作业中,溶剂型涂料的50%~70%在涂装过程中以漆雾飞散掉,涂料中绝大本分有机溶剂挥发释放到空气中。


污水处理厂恶臭气味处理:
